To Love Our Brother

Read and Meditate on Today’s Message

If someone says, “I love God,” and hates his brother, he is a liar; for he who does not love his brother whom he has seen, how can he love God whom he has not seen? And this commandment we have from Him: that he who loves God must love his brother also. (1 John 4:20-21)

 
Many want to be children of God, but for this, there are two commandments to fulfill: to love God and to love our neighbor. Those imbued with this love naturally manifest the fruit of the Spirit, for God’s presence within them is revealed through this true love, which is not pretended or self-serving.

Through the Holy Spirit, this love has come to us, for He loved us first, and we have the conditions to share it by faith, for the Holy Spirit is the Fountain of Life that the Lord Jesus bestowed upon us, making us His witnesses on Earth.
 

By this all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another.’ (John 13:35)
