Thus says the LORD, the King of Israel, And his Redeemer, the LORD of hosts: ‘I am the First and I am the Last; Besides Me there is no God. (Isaiah 44:6)
Well Clear and revealing words: God is King to govern us; Redeemer, to forgive and save us; and Lord, who fights for us so that we may overcome evil. Therefore, we put Him first in our lives and know that He is the Last, for there is no other God. He is the One and Only.
