This Sunday, Take Part in the Cry for Deliverance at The Universal Church

The Gathering Will Have a Special Purpose of Prayer and the Celebration of the Lord’s Supper

This Sunday, Take Part in the Special Prayer for Deliverance at The Universal Church

There are times when a person finds themselves facing problems that seem impossible to resolve and cannot find, through human resources, the answer they need. For those facing situations like these, The Universal Church will hold a special prayer of crying out to God for deliverance this Sunday at 10 AM in its temples throughout the country.

Inspired by Daniel’s Faith

The purpose will be inspired by the biblical account of Daniel, who remained faithful to God even when faced with the threat of being thrown into the lions’ den and experienced divine deliverance.

Crying Out to God for Impossible Situations

This Sunday at 10 AM, bishops and pastors will cry out to God in prayer for those facing situations considered impossible. On this occasion, the celebration of the Lord’s Supper will also take place.

• Spiritual help: the gathering is for those facing severe struggles and who often have no support from friends, relatives, or acquaintances.

• An act of faith: you should write on a piece of paper the impossible situation threatening your life, remembering the lions’ den described in the Bible.

• Renewal of strength: in addition, the meeting brings a special invitation to those who have been away from church gatherings or who have become discouraged by their everyday problems.

Daniel’s Example

The inspiration for this gathering of faith comes from the account in Daniel 6. Even when faced with the threat of being thrown into the lions’ den, the prophet remained faithful to God. According to the biblical text, the Lord sent an angel and shut the mouths of the lions, preserving Daniel’s life.

The passage will serve as the basis for leading participants to reflect on the importance of remaining firm in faith even when facing circumstances that, from a human perspective, seem to have no way out.

• Strengthening of the soul: by partaking in the Lord’s Supper, you renew your spirit in the body and blood of the Lord Jesus.

• A definitive answer: therefore, this special gathering represents a real opportunity to change the course of your story through an act of faith.

How to Take Part

Anyone who wishes to take part in this purpose may write on a piece of paper the situation they wish to present to God and bring it to the meeting this Sunday at 10 AM. Bishops and pastors will cry out to God for these causes.
