On Sunday, September 15th, 2024, around 48 thousand young people attended the Maxaquene Pavilion, located in Maputo, Mozambique.
The “Mega Help” event, which brought together thousands of people, had as its main objective to promote the appreciation of life.
The first edition of the event took place in 2022, due to the increase in emotional and mental health problems after the pandemic.

Mega Help 2023 Brings Together Thousands of Young People
Bishop Honorilton Gonçalves and his wife, Rosana, were present and, at the time, ministered a Word to all those who were suffering.
“Everything depends on a person’s willingness to heed the voice of God. And when the Word of God is within a person, even if humanly speaking he is the smallest of all, the Word of God makes him great… The most important day of your life is the day you are living!” he said.
“This command I give to you, my son Timothy, that you fight a good fight in accordance with the prophecies that were made about you, holding on to faith and a good conscience, which some have rejected and have made shipwreck of their faith.” (1 Timothy 1:18, 19)
“God has a Word for you. Forget the traps, the bitterness and the past, and for this Word to be fulfilled you need to come and ‘fight,’ because spiritual life is a war and you have to be prepared to fight and win,” added the Bishop.
