On Sunday, September 15th, 2024, around 48 thousand young people attended the Mega HELP at the Maxaquene Pavilion in Maputo, Mozambique.
The Mega HELP event brought together thousands of people with the goal of appreciating and celebrating life.
The first edition of the event took place in 2022 due to the increase in emotional and mental health problems after the pandemic.
Mega HELP 2023 Brings Together Thousands of Young People
Bishop Honorilton Gonçalves and his wife, Rosana, were present and, at the time, ministered a message from the Word of God to all those who were suffering.
“Everything depends on a person’s willingness to heed the voice of God. And when the Word of God is within a person, even if humanly speaking, they are the smallest of all, the Word of God makes them great… The most important day of your life is the day you are living!”—The bishop declared.
“This command I entrust to you, Timothy, my son, in accordance with the prophecies previously made concerning you, that by them you fight the good fight, keeping faith and a good conscience, which some have rejected and suffered shipwreck in regard to their faith.” (1 Timothy 1:18, 19)
“God has a Word for you. Forget the traps, the bitterness, and the past. For this Word to be fulfilled, you need to ‘fight,’ because spiritual life is a battle, and you have to be prepared to ‘fight’ and win,” added the bishop.
