By Force

Read and Meditate on Today’s Message

And from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffers violence, and the violent take it by force. (Matthew 11:12)

The Lord Jesus brought good news to all humanity: “The kingdom of God has come upon you” (Matthew 12:28). He told everyone that He is the Door, the only Way to the Father, giving His life in exchange for their souls surrendered to Him. The price is the surrender of their wills and dreams to Him, allowing Him to govern their lives as their Lord.

It is a very difficult action and choice for human beings, because they think they can and know how to govern their lives alone. It is an enormous sacrifice to deny one’s own desires as payment to please and serve Him. However, know this: only He knows what is best for your life. He has the past, present, and future of all the souls He created.

Also know this: the joy of the Lord is our strength to obey Him, overcome all things, and enter victoriously into the Kingdom of Heaven!
