Near, at the Doors

Read and Meditate on Today’s Message

Near, at the Doors

Now learn this parable from the fig tree: When its branch has already become tender and puts forth leaves, you know that summer is near. So you also, when you see all these things, know that it is near—at the doors!  (Matthew 24:32-33)

Every day we live, we perceive the seasons of each year obeying God’s orders. They always happen: in summer, with the heat, the leaves of the trees become strong, and they also bear fruit to be savored; in spring, the flowers are varied, colorful, and exuberant; in autumn, the leaves turn yellow and fall with the arrival of the cold; and in winter, even colder, we can see snow in some countries.

If God has allowed us to know the seasons, it is because He wants us to know that in the days we live in today, the end times are approaching, so we may realize how near His coming is and be ready to meet Him in the clouds.

Be ready for this great day!
