Approximately 60 Families From Crofton Place Apartments Participated in the Event and Received Essential Hygiene Products.
On Saturday, August 12th, 2023, volunteers of the Unisocial group in Greenspoint, TX, came together for their Unisocial Body & Soul Care Event. Approximately 60 families from Crofton Place Apartments participated in the event and received essential hygiene products.
The Unisoical volunteers organized the event to assist families facing challenges in accessing essential hygiene items. From toothbrushes and toothpaste to soap and deodorant, these supplies are often taken for granted, but their absence can significantly affect one’s well-being.
“Let every man give according to the purposes in his heart, not grudgingly or out of necessity, for God loves a cheerful giver.” (2 Corinthians 9:7)
Most importantly, prayers were made, blessing the families present. The event met a practical but most importantly the spiritual need. The event left a lasting impression on the hearts of those who participated.
Rubi Howard is one of the volunteers of the Unisocial group in Greenspoint, TX. She also participated of the Unisocial Body & Soul Care Event. She said, “I love being able to help those that need it. God being able to use me is a joy!”
The Unisocial group aims to help those in need in their community. Additionally these Unisocial events aim to provide physical and spiritual support. Together we can make a lasting difference!
