This Wednesday: The Lord’s Supper of Strengthening

Within the Study of the Mysteries of Gethsemane

This Wednesday: The Lord's Supper of Strengthening

Wednesday, November 26th, you are invited to partake in “The Lord’s Supper of Strengthening” as part of the ongoing “Study of the Mysteries of Gethsemane.” The event will take place at The Universal Church at 10 AM, 4 PM, and the main service at 7 PM.

Strength in the Garden of Gethsemane

In His moment of greatest weakness at Gethsemane, the Lord Jesus poured Himself out in prayer. He cried out:

O My Father, if this cup cannot pass away from Me unless I drink it, Your will be done. (Matthew 26:42)

God heard Him and sent an angel to strengthen Him. This assistance came at the perfect moment, giving Him the strength to face His most challenging hours and fulfill the purpose of His life.

If you are experiencing pain, deep sadness, or weariness, and feel you lack the strength to continue, know that God can help you, too.

Continuing the Study of the Mysteries of Gethsemane

During this Wednesday meeting, we will continue the “Study of the Mysteries of Gethsemane,” drawing invaluable insights from this profound and challenging moment in the earthly mission of the Lord Jesus as He approached the cross.

Why Gethsemane Matters

Gethsemane was a place where many prophecies were fulfilled. It was the location where the first drop of the Lord Jesus’ blood was shed.

In Gethsemane, we learn to surrender our own will and embrace God’s will. It contains many mysteries and lessons within the accounts of the four Gospels. This Wednesday, we will learn some of these mysteries.
