As the deer pants for the water brooks,
So pants my soul for You, O God.
My soul thirsts for God, for the living God.
When shall I come and appear before God? (Psalm 42:1-2)
With the knowledge of God’s profound love for all, the soul becomes even more thirsty to hear His voice as it meditates on His thoughts for each of His chosen ones and His ardent desire to bless them.
My mind travels to His Throne and imagines the day of arriving at His Dwelling Place, contemplating His face and the beauty of His holiness. OH, WHAT A DAY!
