The True Celebration With the Lord

Make Jesus a Priority in this Christmas

Christmas With Christ

Holiday decorations, spending with gifts, cooking, and visiting family and friends, Christmas became an enormous celebration in the US, fueled by marketing. As years passed, it absorbed so many traditions, and although it is said to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ, the Lord’s words are just the last thing people might think about on that day.

According to a 2017 survey done by the Pew Research Center, 9 in 10 US adults said to celebrate Christmas, while only 51% said to plan to attend a church service.

On the other hand, the spending demands of the season can weigh heavy on the minds and hearts of those who do not have the conditions to funding it all. And not all families are jolly and merry, and many feel lonely and sorrowful during Christmas.

The True Celebration For Which Jesus Already Paid the Price

Prayer for the Family The Universal ChurchThe Lord Jesus does not want the pressure of today’s marketing trends to take us away from His will for our lives and families. He promised, “Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” (Matthew 11:28)

On December 25th, The Universal Church invites you to spend Christmas with Christ. Bring your burdens to the Lord, your sorrows and pains, and He will wipe away your tears. Bring your family and the pictures of the loved ones who are far. Let’s place your family under God’s protection.

The True Celebration With the LordOn that day, we will partake in the Lord’s Supper, and you will have your faith and strength renewed. Instead of giving in to the illusions, come to the One who can give you true life.
