Assuredly, I say to you, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven. Again I say to you that if two of you agree on earth concerning anything that they ask, it will be done for them by My Father in heaven. For where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there in the midst of them. (Matthew 18:18-20)
This promise from the Lord Jesus is one of the greatest secrets of faith for those who believe and trust in Him. Perhaps many think that they just need to pray more or use a certain vocabulary, and they find themselves frustrated as they do not witness the Word of God materializing in their lives.
However, a God who loves unity, who is Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, and who unites, gives, forgives, and brings together, He moves when there is agreement in faith and trust based on His Word. Perhaps the key needed to open that stubborn door in your life is the agreement of faith between two souls who trust in God—two voices that become one before the Lord of heaven and earth.
If you are facing an overwhelming and even unbearable challenge, do not fight alone. Search for someone who will fight alongside you and who will agree 100% with you in the same faith in the name of the Lord Jesus with the complete certainty that His promise will come to pass.
Invite a family member or a friend, unite your faith with theirs in full agreement, and whatever you agree based on the Word of God in the name of Jesus, our Heavenly Father will do it.
