Resisting the Holy Spirit

Read and Meditate on Today’s Message

‘You stiff-necked and uncircumcised in heart and ears! You always resist the Holy Spirit; as your fathers did, so do you. (Acts 7:51)

 
The apostle was preaching about the wonders God had done for their forefathers and was indignant at the people’s unbelief, because even though they knew they had been freed from slavery, they had uncircumcised ears and hearts to believe the voice of the Holy Spirit, who called them to true life, to the condition of children of God through the sacrifice of the Lord Jesus.
