The registration process is straightforward, free from unnecessary bureaucracy, and does not involve the high costs often associated with traditional weddings. Before explaining how to participate, it’s important to understand why presenting your marriage at the Altar is significant.
More than a religious tradition, presenting your marriage at the Altar is an act of faith. It symbolizes the moment when a couple consecrates their union before the Lord Jesus Himself. By taking this step, couples separate their relationship from the destruction affecting many families today and receive God’s wisdom and guidance to build a happy, stable, and lasting future together.
In 2025, the Wedding Celebration brought together approximately 15,734 couples worldwide. Each recognized the value of marriage and chose to place their union in God’s hands. Now, this same opportunity is open once again to all who want to establish their relationship with God as its foundation.
If you are engaged, married civilly, or in a stable relationship, you are welcome to participate in the Wedding Celebration. You do not need to be a congregant of The Universal Church to take part. All interested couples must register by March 31st, 2026.

If you are not yet married legally, please note that your civil marriage certificate must be presented by March 31st, 2026.
Once all steps are completed and the required information is provided, you will be ready to take part in the Wedding Celebration and present your marriage at the Altar.

Formal wear is optional. Brides are not required to wear wedding dresses, and grooms are not required to wear suits.
Registration for the Wedding Celebration is completely free. There are no additional charges for the ceremony.
