Recognizing the Time of Everything

Read and Meditate on Today’s Message

Now learn this parable from the fig tree: When its branch has already become tender, and puts forth leaves, you know that summer is near. So you also, when you see these things happening, know that it is near—at the doors! (Mark 13:28-29)

The Lord Jesus warned us on several occasions to observe the signs of His return so that no one would be distracted by worldly things. He gave practical examples, such as the fig tree—everyone knows when it is time for its fruits in the summer. So why not pay attention to the signs of the end?

He said, “It is near—at the doors!” Let us be prepared!
