Him we preach, warning every man and teaching every man in all wisdom, that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus. (Colossians 1:28)
When a human being turns to God, repentant of their sins, their desire becomes to do His will.
And so they flee from evil and apply His counsel to their lives, which brings them wisdom and understanding to conduct themselves and choose what is right. Each day, they go on perfecting themselves in the image of God.
