The Special Gathering Featured a Message About Faith, Salvation, and the Baptism With the Holy Spirit
During the meeting, Bishop Macedo warned about the effects of unbelief on a person’s spiritual life and emphasized the need for sincere surrender to the Lord Jesus. According to him, more than simply maintaining religious practices, it is necessary to develop a faith based on obedience to the Word of God.
In addition, when speaking about the Holy Spirit, the Bishop explained that He convicts people of sin and leads them to recognize the need for a change in their lives.
At one point during the vigil, Bishop Macedo invited those who recognized their need to truly surrender themselves to God and enter into a covenant with Him to come forward to the Altar.

During the message, the bishop emphasized that attending a church, having a religious title, or giving offerings does not guarantee the Salvation of the soul. God seeks sincere people who are willing to obey His Word and abandon whatever goes against His will.
The bishop also spoke about the importance of the baptism with the Holy Spirit for those who desire to remain firm in the faith. According to him, those who receive Him take on the mission of witnessing their faith and bringing the Word of God to those who are still suffering because they do not know Him.

At the conclusion of the message, the bishop emphasized that surrendering to God is an individual decision. Each person must examine their own spiritual life and decide whether they want to make a genuine commitment to Him.
The guidance is to maintain a constant search for God through prayer, meditation on the Word of God, and obedience to His teachings.
