The Event Occurred at the Rijswijkse Schouwburg Theater and Included Various Attractions
On November 9th, Mega HELP brightened the stage of the Rijswijkse Schouwburg Theater, located in the municipality of Rijswijk, in the Netherlands, where art and overcoming challenges came together to convey the appreciation of life to thousands of young people.
The event was organized by the social project Jeugdgroep Van Oranje (FVO)—also known as the Youth Power Group (YPG)—in partnership with several Dutch organizations. The schedule included a variety of musical performances, lectures on mental health care, and awareness-raising activities. Additionally, stories of young people who overcame challenges through faith were shared to inspire hope and demonstrate that it is possible to find peace and happiness.
On this occasion, dozens of Project HELP volunteers were present in a designated space where young people could share their feelings and talk openly. Qualified volunteers offered support to those facing emotional challenges by providing a listening ear. Additionally, cards with motivational messages were scattered throughout the area to uplift the attendees.
Among those present was Deyanie Emerencia, who participated in Mega HELP for the first time. About the event, she said, “I loved the concept, and I believe that we young people really needed it.” Young Junior Perret-Gentil defined the event as “unforgettable,” adding, “At this event, I learned how to stay firm and strong and that we can always ask for help, regardless of the circumstances.”
Mega HELP has taken place in multiple countries, promoting the value of life globally. Stay updated on the project’s events and actions through its USA social media profile by clicking here.
