This year’s theme is “Roots,” inviting young people from all walks of life to embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing. The goal is to shed light on the hidden origins of pain—traumas, losses, and conflicts—that shape our stories.
The goal of the event is to provide a safe space where participants can interact with youths just like them, receiving emotional support, inspiration, and encouragement to, instead of giving up in life, start anew, tackling from the roots up and transforming pain into strength.
Roots are not always visible, but they shape everything about how we grow. (YOLO Show)
A tree’s roots give it strength, but not every root contributes to growth. Some may hinder us:
• Fear can paralyze us.
• Rejection builds walls where bridges should stand.
• Comparison impedes us from seeing our true worth.
• Addictions rob us of time, energy, and freedom.
However, change is possible. We can cut away old roots and plant new ones—roots that nourish strength, peace, and freedom.
This is the time to cut the roots of fear and plant the seeds of courage. (YOLO Show)
The World Health Organization (WHO) reports that around one in seven adolescents aged 10 to 19 years old worldwide live with a mental disorder, with half of all adult cases beginning before age 14. These statistics highlight the urgent need to address mental health issues.
Mega HELP is more than just an event—it’s a movement. It aims to raise awareness, offer hope, and provide emotional support. Taking place during Suicide Awareness Month, it seeks to remind young people everywhere that they are not alone.
We are not here to judge. We are here to help, to listen, and to walk with you. (YOLO Show)
