Loathing Iniquity

Read and Meditate on Today’s Message

Loathing Iniquity

‘Then you will remember your evil ways and your deeds that were not good; and you will loathe yourselves in your own sight, for your iniquities and your abominations. Not for your sake do I do this,’ says the Lord God, ‘let it be known to you. Be ashamed and confounded for your own ways, O house of Israel!’ (Ezekiel 36:31-32)

When the sinner sees how wrong they are, they soon run to seek God and feel small and insignificant before His sacrificial love to save them. Disgusted and deeply ashamed of their evil ways, they ask for forgiveness and surrender themselves to Him with sincerity of body, soul, and spirit, nullifying all ties with the devil.
