Light on the Path

When you roam, they will lead you;
When you sleep, they will keep you;
And when you awake, they will speak with you.
For the commandment is a lamp,
And the law a light;
Reproofs of instruction are the way of life, (Proverbs 6:22-23)

When a person gives their whole life to God, they become righteous. From then on, God will be with them in all journeys to guide them. When they lie down, they will be guarded by Him; when they wake up, they will know the divine will; when meditating on the Commandments of God, they will find light for their conduct and warnings to flee from evil, remaining on the path of life and reaching the Heavenly Kingdom.
