Joyful People

Blessed are the people who know the joyful sound!
They walk, O Lord, in the light of Your countenance.
In Your name they rejoice all day long,
And in Your righteousness they are exalted. (Psalm 89:15-16)

Whoever receives God’s forgiveness is happy, for they hear the sound of the joy of salvation, which can be eternal if they remain in the light of His presence. Justified by the blood of Jesus and His resurrection, the righteous have access to the Throne of God and can call upon the Name of the Lord at any time.
