“I Would Wake Up With Marks on My Body”

Ashley's Story

When Ashley’s mother passed away, she fell into a deep depression and started having severe pain all over her body. She also began to experience paranormal activity and would wake up with marks on her body. 

“Sometimes, I would wake up with marks on my body. I couldn’t touch the ground every morning because my feet would tingle. It was as if I had no blood circulation. One of my fingers would get dark, and I could not bend it. My shoulders constantly felt as if someone was punching them. 

That’s when I began to see an acupuncturist, and I would take Chinese herbs. My primary care doctor would do blood tests, and the results would return normal. But these feelings and sensations were not going away. The doctor would look at me as crazy and wanted me to take medication for anxiety and depression.

My apartment looked messy because I didn’t clean up or eat. 

One day, my friend started talking to me about The Universal Church, and I began my seven-week chain of prayer. God began to move in my life immediately. The first result is that I didn’t feel depressed. I was happy again. The anxiety was slowly going away as well, and I wasn’t crying as much as I was before. I began to sleep well throughout the night, and I no longer had pain. 

The impossible is possible! I’m more confident because I’m walking with Christ now.
