On Sunday, May 11th at 10 AM, The Universal Church welcomes everyone—just as you are—to a very special Mother’s Day Event: Drying Tears. All are welcome. Come as you are.
Motherhood is a journey filled with sacrifice, unconditional love, and silent tears at times. When a mother hears her child’s first cry, her heart changes forever. She celebrates their victories, supports them through their struggles, and carries their burdens—often in silence. But what happens when a mother’s heart is broken, her prayers for her children seem unanswered, and she feels alone in her pain?
Drying Tears is a day for every mother who has cried for her child, every woman who has felt the weight of motherhood, and every family who wants to honor the strength and love of the mothers in their lives.
You have taken account of my wanderings. Put my tears in Your bottle—are they not in Your book? (Psalm 56:8)
Wipe your tears with tissue paper and bring it with you—We will use it in faith, believing God will wipe away every tear, just as He has done for so many others.
Invite your family. Bring your mothers, grandmothers, sisters, and neighbors. No one should walk this journey alone.
Whether your heart is full of joy or heavy with grief, this Mother’s Day doesn’t have to be a day of sorrow. With open arms, God will receive you and your tears and begin a new story. Next year, your testimony could be different.
Join us on Sunday, May 11th, at 10 AM at The Universal Church. All are welcome regardless of religion or background. Come as you are.
