Comforter

Read and Meditate on Today’s Message

Then I returned and considered all the oppression that is done under the sun: And look! The tears of the oppressed, But they have no comforter— On the side of their oppressors there is power, But they have no comforter. (Ecclesiastes 4:1)

 
The evil that reigns in the world has oppressed those who do not know God; this happens because people have not sought good, the salvation of their souls already provided through Jesus, the Son of God. Because they do not know this truth, they suffer without being comforted.

But when they become aware of God’s will to take them out of darkness, pain, and many tears, the desire is kindled within them to meet the Savior. Only then will their lives have the Comforter for all time.
