Cardiovascular Diseases

Therefore, It Is Important to Adopt Daily Changes Whether Small or Big, That Will Help Bring New Healthy Customs.

Cardiovascular Diseases

According to an article from the WHO,Cardiovascular diseases (CVDs) are the leading cause of death globally, taking an estimated 17.9 million lives each year.”  It has been reported by WHO, “More than four out of five CVD deaths are due to heart attacks and strokes, and one third of these deaths occur prematurely in people under 70 years of age.” However, although they can be fatal, they can also be prevented.

Whether you admit it or not, those who do not take care of their health early on will have to worry about diseases in the future. Therefore, it is important to adopt daily changes whether small or big, that will help bring new healthy customs.

But, who is willing to give up old habits to let in the new ones that are sometimes displeasing? Who wants to give up fries for broccoli and still keep a smile on their face? Who wants to exercise on their free time?

As described in 1 Corinthians 6:19, our body is a temple of the Holy Spirit and we must take care of it.

What? Do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you. Whom you have received from God, and that you are not your own?” (1 Corinthians 6:19)

By living a healthy lifestyle, you can help keep your blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar levels normal. Plus it will help lower your risk for cardiovascular diseases.
