On November 30th, 2024, at 11 AM, Caleb Group volunteers visited a nursing home on Bachelot Street in Honolulu. The visit started with a prayer, followed by dancing, distribution of hygiene kits, and prayers for the health and well-being of residents. Around 10 people participated in this meaningful event.
Pastor Kevin Lopez shared his thoughts on the visit, “The visit to the nursing home was a wonderful chance for each volunteer to show love to those who often feel forgotten. It reminded us how important it is to care for every soul.”
Love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength. This is the first commandment. And the second, like it, is this: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no other commandment greater than these.
Mark 12:30
