Those Who Are Not Sincere Cannot Truly Know God

A Genuine Encounter With God Begins When We Choose to Live in Truth and Sincerity Before Him

Those Who Are Not Sincere Cannot Truly Know God

Many people lack the experience of genuinely knowing God because they do not act with sincerity. The Creator knows what is in each person’s heart even before they speak, think, feel, or act. Therefore, no one can deceive Him with beautiful words, verses, or moving songs. What God seeks is sincerity—truth without masks or disguises.

When Faith Is Built on Deception

However, many live based on deception, illusion, and emotion. They convince themselves that they are in the truth, but they do not convert to it. As a result, they develop superficial and false faith.

Sincerity in Worship

This is one reason why many people, even those who attend church, do not receive the Holy Spirit. They may participate in meetings, give offerings, and fulfill religious practices, but they lack transparency before God. When there is falsehood, what is offered to Him loses its purity and cannot be accepted as true worship.

Choosing Truth Over Falsehood

Jesus stated that the devil is the father of lies (John 8:44). Therefore, those who choose to live in falsehood draw closer to what he represents.

God, however, seeks truthful people. Even if someone is a sinner, has made many mistakes, or is considered morally impure in the eyes of people, sincerity creates the conditions for God to work in their life.

A Personal Decision Before God

Recognizing who you are and admitting your own mistakes are things that no one can do for you. But when you decide to live in truth and sincerity before God, the path opens to a true encounter with His Spirit.

Jesus Is the Truth

And the truth is the Lord Jesus, as He Himself declared: “I am the way, the truth, and the life…” (John 14:6)
