The mind functions as the control center of who we are. What we think about and accept internally has a direct impact on how we feel, act, and live. When negative thoughts start to dominate, they weaken our inner strength, shake our confidence, and rob us of peace. Over time, this inner struggle can lead to emotional exhaustion and spiritual decline.
The truth is that negative thoughts affect everyone. They don’t usually appear suddenly; instead, they creep in quietly, spreading fear, doubt, and insecurity. Before we realize it, these thoughts can hinder our ability to move forward, which is why many people feel stuck despite their longing for change.
This leads to an important question:
How can we protect ourselves from constant negativity?
To support those facing this daily struggle, The Universal Church is holding a special meeting this Sunday, January 18th, called the “Sunday to End All Bad Thoughts.” The purpose of this meeting is to offer practical help to anyone who feels overwhelmed by negative thoughts.
Through clear guidance based on the Word of God, the meeting will offer strategies to overcome this inner battle and safeguard both mental and spiritual health. It’s about learning how to take charge of your thoughts rather than being controlled by them.
Those who attend will learn how to identify the source of negative thoughts and how to replace them with thoughts that bring balance, confidence, and direction. When the mind is strengthened, life begins to change from the inside out.
If you’re ready to break free from negative thinking and regain control of your mind, this Sunday offers a powerful opportunity to give your life a new direction.
