Schedule | - 1:13 pm
This Thursday at 7 PM
Throughout life, we accumulate both positive and negative experiences. These may include:
• Traumas inherited from our parents
• Pain from failed relationships
• Resentments and feelings of rejection
As a result, many people find themselves burdened with emotional baggage that becomes difficult to carry. Without proper understanding, we may mistakenly blame feelings of love for our suffering or poor decisions. But is love truly the cause—or is there something deeper?
The “Cutting off the Bad Roots” series offers an opportunity to identify the true roots of your love problems. During the Love Therapy meetings, you will learn to:
• Recognize recurring mistakes in relationships
• Address negative patterns that stem from the past
• Discover what is blocking your happiness
• Learn how to uproot harmful influences and start anew
Bishop Renato Cardoso highlights the purpose of this initiative:
“The root refers to what every human being has. We all carry a past. Many people do not realize they are living misguided lives, especially in love, due to negative influences from their past, such as their parents’ separation or multiple failed relationships.
Today, they continue to make mistakes and suffer. This root needs to be cut. Thank God, for He provides us with the opportunity to start anew.
If a tree cannot straighten itself after it has grown, a person can—especially when they allow God to intervene in their life!”
Don’t miss this transformative evening at the Love Therapy meeting for couples and singles. Allow God to cut away the bad roots so you can begin to grow healthy ones—strong, stable, and filled with peace.
The Love Therapy meetings occur every Thursday at 7 PM at select locations of The Universal Church. Please call 1-888-332-4141 or visit The Universal Church for more information. Attendance is free and all are welcome. Come as you are.
