To Be Worthy

Read and Meditate on Today’s Message

He who loves father or mother more than Me is not worthy of Me. And he who loves son or daughter more than Me is not worthy of Me. And he who does not take his cross and follow after Me is not worthy of Me. (Matthew 10:37-38)

For the true Christian, the first love, before everything and everyone, is the Lord Jesus, because it was He who died so that we could receive God’s forgiveness.

Therefore, emptying oneself of everything and enduring suffering for the sake of His name is a privilege, as is following Him and inheriting Heaven with Him.
