Three Lessons to Achieve Success

Three Lessons to Achieve Success

During the Prosperity With God meeting at the Temple of Solomon, Bishop Jadson Santos taught three valuable lessons for those who want to achieve success. Check it out below.

1. Learn From the Pain

Of course, no one likes or wants to go through moments of suffering. But the truth is that pain is life’s best teacher to teach us and change us.

“God allows difficulties so that we can learn, for example, that not everyone who is by your side in good times is a friend. Pain separates the false from the true, shows who is with you even when you have nothing to offer, and teaches you not to trust everyone. Pain brings experiences, lessons, maturity, and blesses us if we face it with good eyes,”  the bishop advised.

That’s why you shouldn’t complain about your problems. Don’t think that God has abandoned you—even the Lord Jesus had to learn from this (Hebrews 5:8).

“Above all, keep the faith during those moments because after the pain is gone, you will understand what God wanted to teach you. It’s unpleasant to go through this, but when it’s all over, you will realize that you learned very valuable lessons… After the pain, there will be victory, testimony, and you will be able to help people with authority because you overcame,”  he determined.

2. You Find Your Blessings in the Secret

In the Bible, the Creator never praised those who wanted to be seen. He teaches that He rewards those who do things in secret—whether it be a good deed, giving alms, or even praying (Matthew 6:6).

“He instructed us to pray in our rooms, in secret, so that only He can see and hear us and will reward us in public. If you are intimate with God, you will not be anxious; you have Him to count on. If you only pray and read the Bible in church, you will only have peace while physically in church. Therefore, develop your communion with the Father in your daily life so that you know how to overcome your struggles,”  said the bishop.

3. Be Persistent

It’s very easy to give advice when you’re going through good times. After all, it doesn’t hurt to tell others to fight, to persist, and not to give up. But when it’s your turn to go through a hardship, it’s another story, and that’s when you need to strengthen yourself and use these words of encouragement for yourself.

“Many people start a project well, with enthusiasm and confidence. The problem is that they don’t stay that way and don’t finalize anything. Who are you when you’re having hardships? Who are you in the darkest moments of your life? Are you one of those who go all the way or give up and give in? Many people talk about faith, but in difficult times, they become afraid. If you’re going through a hardship, it’s time to draw strength from weakness, to show that you believe in everything you’ve told others,”  he concluded.
