Even when faced with life’s challenges, we can find direction, strength, and purpose. Turning obstacles into opportunities for growth is possible. Here are four tips for overcoming difficulties inspired by this biblical proverb:
There are three things that amaze me—
no, four things that I don’t understand:
how an eagle glides through the sky,
how a snake slithers on a rock,
how a ship navigates the ocean,
how a man loves a woman.
(Proverbs 30:18-19)
The eagle is powerful at high altitudes; it can withstand the pressure and gain momentum to catch its prey by surprise. We understand that relying solely on your physical strength, experience, knowledge, and skills may lead to defeat in worldly battles. However, when you elevate your focus to a spiritual level, learn to pray, and place your trust in God, you can overcome any challenge. In the Spirit, we possess strength greater than any problem we face.
“It can handle the pressure of altitude. Some people complain when faced with the first pressure because they want everything easy. But God doesn’t work that way. He allows our problems, betrayals, and disappointments so that we take actions of faith, trust in His Word, and develop the structure to withstand the battles. After all, the more you grow, the bigger your enemies will be, and you will need to be stronger to win,” explained Bishop Jadson Santos during the Prosperity With God meeting at the Temple of Solomon.
The eagle also has excellent vision, which means you must develop your spiritual vision and have discernment and understanding.
When the Bible speaks of the snake, it tells us to be prudent and careful. Furthermore, it is patient and knows how to wait for the right moment to strike.
“Be suspicious if you are offered easy money, don’t trust everyone, don’t act out of anxiety, wanting to build your dream quickly. It’s better that it takes time but that you are standing firm on the rock, which won’t be shaken by anything,” the bishop taught.
The ship is ready to face storms and sudden changes in the weather. Likewise, you need to learn to deal with the instability of certain relationships as people change. In addition, there are changes in the market.
Be ready to move forward and keep your faith even amid difficulties because He takes care of you, and in the end, the result will be positive.
When a man is in love, he gives his best for his beloved. He makes every effort to please her. Therefore, when you love what you do, you do it the best way possible.
“Do everything with love, because if there is no love, you will do it anyhow, complaining. And be sure that the God who began the work in your life will complete it. He is with you, and soon you will reach your victory,” he concluded.
