The Transformative Journey of Sara Luana
Sara Luana’s testimony reveals a journey of fall, struggle, and rebirth, showing that even in the worst scenarios, faith and God’s power can bring complete transformation.
Sara’s life took a devastating turn when she was involved in a serious motorcycle accident on her way to buy drugs. The crash left her with severe injuries, including head trauma, seizures, a stroke, and 40 days in a coma.
Doctors delivered the devastating diagnosis news to her family, warning that if Sara survived, she would likely remain in a vegetative state. However, Sara’s mother and sister refused to give up hope. Armed with unwavering faith, they decided to fight for her recovery with all their spiritual strength.
At the lowest point, Sara’s family turned to God, participating in the Campaign of Israel. Her mother and sister went to the Altar, placing all their trust in God. Their prayers were answered: Sara emerged from the coma and began a gradual path to recovery.
However, the greatest transformation was yet to come. During her healing journey, Sara experienced a moment of deep reflection. Realizing the need to surrender herself entirely to God, she made a life-changing decision.
“I came back in the body, but now I really need to go back to God,” she recalled.
Sara took the step of being baptized in water and earnestly sought the Holy Spirit. She found the peace and transformation she so desperately needed. “At the beginning of the meeting, even before the Word was preached, I received the Holy Spirit. In that moment, I heard God say, ‘You are my daughter,’” she shared.
Today, Sara’s life is a testament to God’s transformative power. She lives without any physical or emotional scars from her past, embracing a new life filled with peace and purpose. Now married and thriving in her faith, Sara serves as a living example of hope and redemption.
There is a Jordan River for every repentant person—there is a chance to build a new story. This possibility can be enjoyed at the Campaign of Israel for a New Life at the Jordan River, which proposes an awakening to those who do not want to remain the same.
