The Great Cryout on Mount Zion<\/strong> took place on Sunday, August 2nd, uniting millions around the globe, both in person and through broadcasts. Bishop Macedo<\/a><\/span>, accompanied by bishops from various countries where The Universal Church<\/a><\/span> is present, led the meeting that marked the closing of the Holy Campaign and the Fast of Daniel<\/a><\/span>, inviting everyone to cry out for baptism with the Holy Spirit<\/strong>.<\/big><\/div>\n

The Importance of Sounding the Trumpet in Zion<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Drawing from the Word of God<\/strong>, Bishop Macedo explained that the call to sound the trumpet in Zion<\/strong> signifies sincere prayer offered wholeheartedly. He referenced Joel 2<\/strong>, which states:  <\/p>\n

Blow the trumpet in Zion, Consecrate a fast, Call a sacred assembly; (Joel 2:15)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

 
\nHe emphasized that God does not seek rehearsed words but genuine conversation. \u201cWhen we pray, we speak to God, and God inclines Himself to hear our prayer. The trumpet is our mouth, our tongue, and our mind,\u201d<\/span> he added.<\/p>\n

The bishop instructed those who have not yet received the Holy Spirit to focus all their faith on that purpose, recalling the Lord Jesus\u2019 teaching:  <\/p>\n

But you, when you pray, go into your room, and when you have shut your door, pray to your Father who is in the secret place\u2026 (Matthew 6:6)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

God\u2019s Greatest Gift<\/strong><\/h4>\n

In his message, the bishop highlighted that the Holy Spirit is the greatest gift one can receive and that His presence transcends external manifestations. He quoted from Genesis 12<\/strong>:  <\/p>\n

Now the Lord had said to Abram: \u2018Get out of your country, from your family and from your father\u2019s house, to a land that I will show you. I will make you a great nation; I will bless you and make your name great; and you shall be a blessing. (Genesis 12:1-2)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

 
\nIn essence, those who receive the Holy Spirit, like Abraham, carry the presence of God and become spiritual firstborns<\/strong>, living under His promises and witnessing His power.

A Cryout From Around the World<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Along with bishops and their wives, Bishop Macedo led a cryout prayer for all those attending and connected. Regardless of their religious background, participants were invited to cry out for their own salvation.<\/p>\n

The prayer sought the outpouring of the Holy Spirit<\/strong> upon all who were seeking this promise and for the Church\u2014all those who belong to the Lord Jesus throughout the Earth<\/em>\u2014to remain united in one faith.

True Transformation Begins Within<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Bishop Renato Cardoso reinforced the biblical promise:  <\/p>\n

(\u2026) whoever calls on the name of the LORD Shall be saved.\u2019 (Acts 2:21)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

 
\nHe determined the baptism with the Holy Spirit<\/strong> and deliverance for all participants. He emphasized that true deliverance<\/strong> begins within a person and, from that transformation, extends to all areas of life.<\/p>\n

In concluding his message, Bishop Macedo affirmed that God consistently fulfills His Word for those who believe. Those who receive the Holy Spirit begin to reflect the character, righteousness, and truth of Christ<\/strong>, becoming living witnesses of His presence wherever they are.

A Moment of Complete Surrender<\/strong><\/h4>\n

In every temple of The Universal Church<\/a><\/span>, bishops and pastors invited those who desired to completely surrender their lives to God to approach the Altar. In a moment of prayer and repentance<\/strong>, participants were encouraged to abandon their sins and begin a new journey of faith.
