Daily engagement will be limited to content that builds faith<\/strong>, such as attending daily Chain of Prayer<\/a><\/span> meetings at The Universal Church<\/a><\/span>, reading and meditating on the Bible, praying more, having a sincere connection with God, and watching Christian content from ULFN<\/a><\/span>.

In biblical times, the prophet Daniel<\/strong> chose to consecrate himself amid Babylon and remained faithful to God, receiving divine answers.<\/p>\n

Similarly, the Fast of Daniel<\/a><\/span> encourages each participant to dedicate this time to spiritual self-evaluation to align one’s mind, decisions and life to God’s will, nurturing one’s relationship with God, and prioritizing seeking the Holy Spirit above people and things.<\/p>\n

Mount Zion<\/a><\/span> symbolizes the goal of this spiritual journey: a life in communion with God<\/strong> and inner renewal.
