It can feel like they are <strong>dragging themselves through life<\/strong> just to keep afloat. There\u2019s a <strong>heaviness that lingers<\/strong>, even when they aren\u2019t physically carrying anything, and an <strong>absence of joy<\/strong> despite having reasons to smile.<\/big><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>How Sadness Hides in Daily Life<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Sadness manifests in various ways, and those who experience it often learn to cope. They continue <strong>going to work, attending appointments<\/strong>, and <strong>fulfilling their obligations<\/strong>. Sometimes, they <strong>change their surroundings<\/strong>, meet friends, or try to <strong>distract themselves<\/strong> or rest to find temporary relief. However, these methods only <strong>disguise the pain<\/strong> for a short time.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Confronting the Root of Sorrow<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>To truly end sadness, one must <strong>confront its root cause<\/strong>. If you choose to believe, the <strong>days of your sorrow can be numbered<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>This Sunday will mark <strong>the end of all sorrow<\/strong>, as the <strong>Word of God assures us<\/strong> that He will put an end to it:<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote style=\"background-color: #f2f8fc; padding: 2em; border-left: 5px solid #ccc; margin: 1em 0;\"><p><strong>Surely He has borne our griefs and carried our sorrows\u2026 (Isaiah 53:4)<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\nIn <strong>Gethsemane<\/strong>, <strong>Jesus was deeply sorrowful<\/strong>, even to death (Matthew 26:38), so <strong>He emptied His soul<\/strong> and <strong>received strength<\/strong>.
