During this visit to Geneva he hosted the <strong>Night of the Chosen<\/strong>.<\/big><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Event Highlights<\/h4>\n<p>The special gathering drew 500 people, focusing on the most essential topic in life: <strong>the salvation of the soul.<\/strong> While many people seek solutions to <strong>material problems<\/strong>, this meeting emphasized what truly matters and has eternal significance: <strong>the destination of the soul after death.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bishop Macedo pointed out that the <strong>Lord Jesus Christ<\/strong> did not come into the world primarily to <strong>cure diseases<\/strong> or solve financial issues. Although He performed miracles, healed the sick, and addressed various physical needs, <strong>His true mission is to save human souls.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color: #f2f8fc;\">\u201cJesus did not come into this world to heal the sick, but He did heal them. He addressed physical and material needs in various situations. He performed acts of external healing, but above all, He came to resolve the <strong>greatest problem<\/strong> facing humanity: <strong>that of the soul<\/strong>. Material blessings end, but the soul does not die. Accomplishing everything in this world while neglecting the <strong>eternal future of our souls<\/strong> is futile. As the Lord Jesus Himself taught:<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote style=\"background-color: #f2f8fc; padding: 1em; border-left: 5px solid #ccc; margin: 1em 0;\"><p><strong>But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.<\/strong> (Matthew 6:33)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\nIn other words, when we prioritize <strong>the spiritual first<\/strong>, all other aspects of life will fall into place. The bishop further emphasized, <span style=\"background-color: #f2f8fc;\">\u201cWhen <strong>the issue of the soul is resolved<\/strong>, all other problems follow suit.\u201d<\/span> This occurs because <strong>the Holy Spirit<\/strong> begins to guide a person\u2019s <strong>thoughts and decisions<\/strong>, leading them to a <strong>balanced, strong, and victorious life<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>In these <strong>anxiety-filled<\/strong> and uncertain times, reflecting on <strong>the salvation of the soul<\/strong> is not just necessary\u2014<strong>it is urgent<\/strong>.
