I was in a relationship, and it wasn’t the way I expected. It wasn’t going the way that I wanted. We separated, and because of that, I ended up struggling with depression, as I had a son. I was alone, providing for my child.<\/big><\/div>\n

I did not want to be around anyone. I would lock myself in the room and stay there for days. At times, I did not want to go to work, and I happened to lose my job. It got to the point that I did not want to leave the house at all.<\/p>\n

I was invited to The Universal Church<\/span><\/a><\/span> by a friend. On Sunday<\/span><\/a><\/span>, I went with her. I thought, \u201cThis church is different. It is not what I am used to.\u201d From then on, I continued doing my Chains of Prayer<\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\n

It is like you are in a school of faith, teaching you. Everything is so different. I never witnessed spiritual deliverance<\/a><\/span> before. In everything, it was just totally different.<\/p>\n

I put into practice what the pastor taught us to do from the Word of God, and within a month or two, I was free from depression<\/a><\/span>. I started doing the things I normally would do, interacting with friends, going to work, and doing my regular routine.<\/p>\n

In The Universal Church, I learned that if you have the Holy Spirit<\/a><\/span>, you will not fall into depression. Yes, problems will come, but by having the Holy Spirit, you have the power to overcome whatever situation or problem it may be.<\/p>\n

One day, not in the church but at home, because I would seek the Holy Spirit not only in church but also at home. As I was seeking and praying, I was filled with the Spirit of God.<\/p>\n

It was a remarkable day! I will never forget. And from that day, my life has never been the same. I am blessed because I have the Holy Spirit living in me. I am happy. The joy I have, I am willing to share with others.<\/p>\n

I would say to anyone who is facing depression or problems, know that there is a solution. You can come to The Universal Church, follow the instructions of the pastors from the Word of God, and just as God transformed my life and blessed me, He can do the same for you.<\/p>\n
