“Those who believe, obey, trust, and wait.”<\/em>\u00a0 These words resonated during the Love Therapy<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0<\/span><\/em>at the\u00a0Temple of Solomon<\/a>\u00a0<\/span>on Thursday, the 8th. The meeting, led by Bishop Renato Cardoso<\/a><\/span> and his wife, Cristiane, drew attendees from all backgrounds\u2014singles, married couples, and divorcees\u2014who wished to learn how to love with intelligence, faith, and wisdom.<\/p>\n

\"FaithThe lecture was grounded in the passage from Hebrews 11:6<\/strong>, which states, “And without faith it is impossible to please\u00a0Him\u2026”<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0 According to the bishop, many individuals have failed in their love lives because they prioritize pleasing themselves or others, rather than focusing on pleasing God. “The beginning of faith is to please God. When you choose to please God, He will take care of you, including your love life,”<\/em>\u00a0 he explained.<\/p>\n

Time as an Ally or Enemy<\/strong><\/h4>\n

In a fast-paced world, many people stumble because they lack the patience to wait and make the right choices, especially regarding their love lives. During the discussion, Bishop Renato issued a vital warning: “Time is a tool\u2014it can work for you or against you.”<\/em><\/p>\n

With faith and wisdom, he encouraged participants to reflect on how they have managed time in their relationships. “When you waste time with the wrong person, or with the wrong feelings, after years, you find yourself in the same place or even worse,”<\/em>\u00a0 he stated.<\/p>\n

The guidance was clear: one should not rush or ignore the natural processes of love. There is a time to be single and a time to be married, and we must respect both stages. Cristiane emphasized, \"Faith“There are people who are in a time to be single but desire to be married. They force the issue and end up paying a high price later on.”<\/em><\/p>\n

When used wisely, time reveals intentions, confirms changes, and protects against hasty decisions. “Are you uncertain about someone? Give it time. Over time, you will see if they change, are genuine, and are of God or not. Time reveals all.”<\/em><\/p>\n

The Faith That Pleases God<\/strong><\/h4>\n

\"FaithDuring the meeting, the bishop explained that pleasing God involves living by faith. “Faith means saying ‘no’ to your flesh, ‘no’ to your desires, and ‘yes’ to God’s will.”<\/em>\u00a0 This principle applies directly to love life. For instance, singles often enter relationships out of neediness or impulsiveness, while couples may neglect to fight for their marriage due to emotional responses.<\/p>\n

However, when a person chooses to live by faith, they learn to wait, forgive, and make wise decisions. “True faith brings results,”<\/em>\u00a0 the bishop assured.<\/p>\n
