Clarkston, Georgia<\/a>,<\/span> often called “the most diverse square mile in America” and “the Ellis Island of the South,” is known for its rich ethnic diversity, with half of its residents being foreign-born. Recently, Hurricane Helene<\/a>,<\/span> a powerful Category 4 storm with 140 mph winds, hit the area, leaving behind severe flooding, strong winds, and damaged homes.<\/p>\n

Unisocial’s Support for the Community<\/strong><\/h4>\n

 <\/p>\n

In response to the devastation, Unisocial<\/a> <\/span>volunteers stepped in to provide relief. They served hot soup, sandwiches, and desserts and distributed clothing. Additionally, they offered prayers and encouraging words of faith. Around 120 people came out to receive assistance during these difficult times.<\/p>\n

Pastor Damien shared, “We organized an event here in Georgia to support those affected by Hurricane Helene. Many are without power, so we provided hot meals and clothing for about 100 people. They were incredibly grateful for the help.”<\/em><\/p>\n
