Examples include Shakespeare, Kant, and Aristotle. But many who have already read these great works have never read the greatest! Which is the Holy Bible. It is the most excellent book of all time, the most read, best sold, and most persecuted. The Bible has suffered the most significant attacks and survived. It is a great book that never gets old but is renewed daily.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #003366;\">What you will get from the Bible depends on how you read it. For example, if you read it as a historical work, you will only take stories from it. Yet if you read it with an open mind, seeking to know why this is the most read book, God will talk to you. Millions of people over the centuries have lived and died for it because it is cited as the main reason for the transformation of many people.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #003366;\">Many would like to understand the Bible but secretly fear being challenged by it and prefer not to know. But ignorance is not a defense!<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #003366;\">Challenge for 2024:<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #003366;\">Therefore, Bishop Renato Cardoso proposed a challenge for 2024: Read the Bible every morning, even if it is just one verse. Doing so, you will do what God himself teaches:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #003366;\"><em>\u201cOnly be strong and very courageous, that you may observe to do according to all the law which Moses My servant commanded you; do not turn from it to the right hand or to the left, that you may prosper wherever you go. This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.\u201d (Joshua 1:7-8)<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #003366;\">God gave Joshua the blessing so he could be successful as the leader of the nation of Israel. He had to be strong and courageous to meditate on the Word and put it into practice. That was God\u2019s challenge for Joshua, and now He is challenging you!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #003366;\">If you are looking for something that improves your year, this habit of reading the Bible in the morning will help you. When you wake up, before scrolling through your phone, say a brief prayer, asking for direction to understand His Word. Afterward, open the Bible and read it. You can read on your bed, on the couch, it doesn\u2019t matter. But it has to be the first thing of the day. One verse, two, three, until the Holy Spirit says to stop. The next day, do the same thing, and so on, every day of 2024.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #003366;\">If you do not know the Bible, read the Gospel of John!
