He ate with sinners, healed the sick, spoke to the despised, loved the rejected, performed miracles on Saturdays, and taught us to love our neighbor. In the New Testament, He left us an example of His Love when Jesus visited 12 houses. See below what His attitudes were:

1 – The Wedding in Cana of Galilee (John 2:1-12)

Jesus’ family was invited to a wedding party, along with His disciples. However, during the party, the wine was over. That is, the party would also be over. But Jesus performed his first miracle in determining that the waters were transformed into the best wine that had already been tasted. The wine represents joy. Being that way, Jesus restored the happiness of that house.

“Jesus made this beginning of signs in Cana of Galilee and manifested His glory, and His disciples believed in Him.” (John 2:11)

Is there a lack of joy in your house? The woman was healed and began to serve the Lord Jesus.

“And leaning towards her, he rebuked the fever; and the fever left her, and getting up instantly, she served them.” (Luke 4:39)

3 – The House in Capernaum (Luke 5:17-26)

Jesus brought the restoration.

Upon arriving at the house that served as an inn between the trips, a crowd approached Jesus, searching for several miracles. Jesus forgave his sins and restored his health.

“Well, so that you may know that the Son of Man has the power on earth to forgive sins,” he said to the person with paralysis: To you, I say, Arise, take up your bed, and go to your house. (Luke 5:24)

Jesus wants to restore the health of his life and his family and invites him to enter his house today.

4 – The House of Levi (Luke 5:29-32)

Jesus brought repentance.

Jesus was invited to eat at Leví’s house a tax collector.

But the Pharisees began to discriminate against Levi for his past. When Jesus arrived at Simon’s house, he did not offer him such hospitality, but behold, there was a surprise for everyone when a woman came in, washed the Lord Jesus’ feet with her tears, dried them with her hair, and anointed them with ointment.

Jesus saw the love of that woman and said to her before everyone: “For which I tell you that his many sins are forgiven him because he loved much; but he who is forgiven little, loves little.” (Luke 7:47)

Invite Jesus to enter his house, shed his tears at His feet, and receive forgiveness and anointing.

6 – Jairus’ House (Luke 8:41-56)

Jesus brought life.

Jairo was desperate for his daughter’s illness and invited Jesus to go to his house, but the worst happened on the way: his daughter died.
