At the Universal church, there is a place for everyone, one of those places is for the younger generation, “Teen Power Group”.

TPG: A Day of Fun for the Pre-teensThe Teen power Group is designed to help pre-teens understand their purpose in life. Between the ages of 11 and 14, they are starting to figure out what life is all about. They learn about good and bad decisions, picking their friends wisely, and also how to build their faith. Recently, TPG held a Sports Day for the pre-teens to meet other teens like them, play, dance around, and have fun. Bishop Bira Joshua spoke to the pre-teens about how important their salvation is.

The group welcomes adolescents between 11 and 14 years of age, TPG: A Day of Fun for the Pre-teensone of the phases of the biggest change in a person’s life.
Ariel, a 13-year-old girl explains that she was bullied verbally and physically by children at her school. She found it difficult for her to sleep and attempted to kill herself. Her mother brought her to the Universal Church at a young age. She was able to learn how to be free from suicidal thoughts and depression. Today, she is free from depression and suicidal thoughts. She ended her story with a new outlook on life, saying: “I want to serve.”

The coordinators are pastors’ wives and assistants who lead the teens to a life of faith. The goal is to make the adolescents born of God and have an encounter with God. For more information, call 1-888-332-4141 or locate a Universal Church near you.
