Day to Combat the Destructive Plague

This Friday at 7 PM

Day to Combat the Destructive Plague

Faith serves as the shield that protects our homes from all destructive forces. In times when many families face divisions, illness, addiction, and tragedy, it is essential to act with faith and determination. This Friday, October 17, will be recognized as the Day to Combat the Destructive Plague. The goal is to pray for the deliverance and protection of families, so that no evil can find a place within their homes.

When Home Stops Being a Refuge

These days, it is common to see families—which should be havens of love and security—become scenes of conflict and turmoil. Disagreements, fights, and spiritual struggles have weakened many relationships. However, faith offers a way out. When a person seeks God’s presence, they find the strength to protect their home and rebuild what has been broken.

A Biblical Example of Protection

The Bible recounts a remarkable episode: in ancient Egypt, a spirit of death swept through every house (Exodus 12:23). However, only those protected by the blood of the lamb remained intact. This passage illustrates that spiritual protection is real and accessible to those who trust in God. Just as in the past, those who act in faith today can prevent evil from invading their homes.

Chain of Prayer for the Deliverance of Families

During the Friday to Combat the Destructive Plague, participants will be guided to cry out for their families and consecrate their homes. Bishops and pastors will lead strong prayers of deliverance, teaching each person how to apply their faith practically and consciously. With each prayer, those present will have the opportunity to determine peace, unity, and divine protection by faith.
